The AGM is an opportunity to hear from the Guild's directors about the work undertaken during the year ended 31st March and gives the Board the opportunity to explain their management of the charity to you. It also provides our members with an opportunity to ask questions before voting on the business items on the agenda.
During formal business in 2019, the Report of the Directors and Accounts to the year ended 31st March 2019 were received and considered. The appointment of Directors and Office-Bearers then followed. The Directors then reported on the Guild's activities during 201-19 and then went on to report on the plans and priorities for 2019-20 and beyond. The minutes of the 2019 AGM are available here.
For 2020, due to the Coronavirus, we have had to go digital. So, we will be holding an 'Un-Convention' in September. In 2021, the plan is to hold the convention in Leeds, in September. Details in the Events section of this website.
