Renewing your membership
Your membership can be renewed using Sheep, or we can renew it for you if you do not have an email address.
You will receive reminders when your membership is due for renewal, but you can login to Sheep and check your details at any time.
If you have an email address
Reminders will be by email and we ask you to log on to your Sheep account to renew.
If you have not activated your Sheep account when the reminder arrives, you will have to do that first. See Activate your account for guidance.
We can only accept payment by card (credit or debit card) or by direct debit using the Sheep application. If it not possible for you to pay using either of those methods, please see contact us. Paying in some other way will involve some manual processing so will not be as quick as renewing through Sheep.
If you do not have an email address
If you do not have an email address, we will manage your Sheep account for you. You can pay your subscription either by cheque or by direct bank transfer.
