Formal notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Knitting & Crochet Guild will be held at The Hayes Conference Centre, Alfreton, Derbyshire at 11am on 9 September 2023.

Voting

If you are not attending the AGM in person and cannot electronically vote (which is preferable) you must complete the paper version and return it by post to Catherine Scott, Goulds Farm, Hare Lane, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6JA.

Alternatively, scan and email a completed form to chair@kcguild.org.uk and ensure it is received before midnight on 5 September 2023.

You must only vote once.

Please note:

• You can complete the proxy voting form on a smartphone, tablet or computer.
• The link is uniquely tied to your email address, so please do not forward it to anyone else.
• If you have not received the voting email by 24th August, please check your junk mail and spam. If it can’t be found there either, please contact me.
• The poll refers to last year’s minutes, the Annual Report and end of the previous fiscal year’s accounts. All these documents are on the 2023 Annual General Meeting webpage.
• The deadline to vote is before midnight on 5 September 2023.
• Do not vote online or by post if you are attending the AGM.

Viewing the AGM

Although the AGM is free to attend, the venue needed to know the number of people who will be present at the AGM but who are not attending Convention. If you are not attending Convention, please only attend the AGM if you have already arranged to attend. If you are attending Convention, you automatically have a place and do not need to do anything.
