Cancelled – Collection Open Day – 9 March 2024

The Collections Team regrets that they have had to cancel this Open Day. They will announce future dates in due course. They will, however, be organising a yarn sale on 6 April.
Come and see how we care for and store our Collection of knitted and crochet items, tools and documents that support the crafts. Talk with our expert volunteers about how we are preserving this history of our crafts, and learn more about the Guild.
This is an Open Day and the Collections Team will have a small selection of items on display for you to enjoy.
Note on accessibility. Our Collection is housed on the first floor of on old building. Access is by stairs. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit the Collection if you are unable to climb up and down stairs.
