Description
Guild Member Lindy Zubairy has been hosting this meetup in her home since 2012, originally as a way to stay in touch with people she has taught to crochet in various local venues.
A faithful core of regulars are always happy to meet new beginners and old-hands alike. This is a good place to take your first steps in crochet as there is no shortage of willing help, and Lindy is a seasoned and qualified teacher with a regular gig at the WI college in Abingdon.
ou would be equally as welcome if you simply wish to join a merry band of like-minded souls and make some new friends. We are mostly all Guild members but this is not a compulsory requirement, and we sometimes organise extra-curricular joint jaunts, such as The London Yarn Crawl, trips to out of town yarn shops and exhibitions, and, of course, the amazing Guild Conventions!
