Your membership can be renewed using Sheep, or we can renew it for you if you do not have an email address.
You will receive reminders when your membership is due for renewal, but you can login to Sheep and check your details at any time.
If you have an email address
Reminders will be by email and we ask you to log on to your Sheep account to renew.
If you have recently renewed using some method other than Sheep but are still receiving reminders, please do not renew again. We may still be manually entering renewals that have happened in the last few weeks.
Memberships that are within a few weeks of renewal and can be renewed now are shown in orange within Sheep:
Memberships that have lapsed are in red. These can also be renewed now as long as you have not already renewed in some other way.
If you have not activated your Sheep account when the reminder arrives, you will have to do that first. See Activate your account for guidance.
We can only accept payment by card (credit or debit card) or by direct debit using the Sheep application. If it not possible for you to pay using either of those methods, please contact us. Paying in some other way will involve some manual processing so will not be as quick as renewing through Sheep.
If you do not have an email address
If you do not have an email address, we will manage your Sheep account for you. You can pay your subscription either by cheque or by direct bank transfer.
You need to contact the membership team to let us know that is what you want us to do.
