Lady’s Fair Isle Jacket
A jacket knitted to this pattern was worn by Keira Knightley in The Imitation Game, a film about Alan Turin and code-breaking at Bletchley Park during World War II. (The jacket would have been slightly anachronistic, as the pattern was published in 1946.) The suggested colours in the leaflet are Flame, Tan and Green on a Natural background.
Yarn: Sirdar “super Shetland” 3-ply. 5 oz of one colour, 3 oz each of two other colours and 2 oz of one other colour
Size: Underarm circumference 35 inches.
Gauge/tension: 9 stitches to one inch
