Stitch Station is a cosy crafting cafe over two floors. Downstairs is our coffee shop and tea room, serving locally baked cakes and freshly prepared food and drinks. Upstairs is our yarn shop and workshop space.
We stock WYS, Stylecraft, and King Cole yarns as well as ‘Yarn Unique’ (our locally indie-dyed yarn) and other brands such as KnitPro, Essentials and a wide range of haberdashery.
We have a donated vintage range too, which includes patterns and needles – all proceeds from this goes to our chosen charity ‘Guide Dogs’.
We are very dog friendly (downstairs) and have a small outdoor seating area ‘Granny Annie Square’!
We run weekly Knit n Knatter Groups, knit and crochet for our local hospital, host many other groups and offer a comprehensive workshop programme (delivered by local tutors/artisan businesses).
