Comforts for Soldiers

A booklet published late in 1914, as the first issue of a short-lived magazine, 'The Needle-Worker'. There are knitting and crochet patterns for various garments for soldiers, such as scarves, mittens and socks, and the Kitchener self-fitting vest, as wells as a bonnet and waistcoat for nurses, knitted in thick wool.
