Bath Branch – Crochet a granny square bag with Armelle – 8 Feb 2025
8 February @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
This is the February 2025 meeting of our Bath Branch.
We will learn or revise this classic retro motif made of treble crochet stitches – and then cleverly join several squares together to make a bag.
We will get our granny squares underway at the February meeting, then come back to the project in April so we can get our bags finished.
No booking necessary
What you need to bring:.
- 4 colours of acrylic yarn
- crochet hook size 4.5mm or 5mm (or other size to suit your yarn)
- a darning needle and scissors
- a button (optional)
What skills and knowledge you need to know beforehand: Please do not worry – we will go over the stitches Anna taught last year. We will be making chains and using double crochet and treble crochet.
