European Wool Day 2024 – 7-9 April 2024
7 April @ 2:00 pm – 9 April @ 5:00 pm
“The New Routes of Wool towards a Sustainable Future”
The 4th European Wool Day will be broadcasted via the Internet in the afternoon on 9th April 2024 from 3pm CEST.
Local programmes will be running from the 7th April to the 9th April 2024 so you are more than welcome to come along in person and enjoy the series of workshops, exhibitions, lectures and discussions taking place locally in Metsovo, a picturesque town in Epirus, North-western Greece.
Based on its properties and potentials, wool has a role to play in the economy and the well-being of Europe as it can answer contemporary sustainability needs.
We will show the versatile use of wool across Europe, building on the similarities and displaying the unique solutions that could be implemented elsewhere.
The host country this year is Greece, broadcasting from Metsovo, a picturesque town in Epirus, North-western Greece.
