Sometimes the website gets confused when you login. You login and authorise access, but when you are returned to the home page you find that you have not been logged in at all.
The first thing to try is to “refresh” the page you were visiting (press the “back” button in your browser to return there when you have read this). When you are on the page you want to see, refresh it (using the refresh button in the browser, dragging the page down and releasing it on a phone or tablet). Refresh any page you visit that doesn’t show you as logged in.
If refreshing the pages doesn’t work, the work around below often makes the website behave normally.
