Unforeseen circumstances mean that we are looking for a Company Secretary.
Our Company Secretary is a volunteer role, and the office holder must be a member of the Knitting & Crochet Guild. The successful member will be co-opted onto the Board as a Director and Trustee until the next Annual General Meeting.
