Branches and Unaffiliated Groups

Meeting others is a key benefit of Guild membership. We have a network of Branches around the UK that are run by our members and are affiliated to the Guild. Branches can draw on the experience of other Branches, make use of resources available to members or only to Branches, and ask the Collection for the loan of “trunk shows” from our Collection.

Recognizing that there are areas of the UK that are not within convenient travel of a Branch, or that Branch meeting times may not be suitable for all, we also list a selection of other groups that have no relationship with the Guild.

If you are a member who would like to form a Branch you can apply using a contact form. Branch co-ordinators may also use the form to ask for details of their Branch to be updated. Members may also tell us of other groups they would listed by using the same form.

Where are the groups?

The map shows the rough location of groups. Some groups meet at more than one place, but only one is shown on the map. Click on a group to see more details about it (you can see the full entry by clicking on the name of the group in the summary).
